The New York Region of the Feldenkrais Guild runs a low cost clinic in the Manhattan that provides an opportunity to experience gentle hands-on lessons at the special low cost of $25.
Receive a gentle lesson to improve your flexibility, coordination & balance. Lessons can also be designed to help improve your performance in sports and ease in playing instrument or to relieve a variety of issues that may be related to pain.

About the Practitioners: All lessons are given by Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioners who maintain their own private practices. A highly accomplished senior practitioner is also present to enhance the learning process.
