The New York Region of the Feldenkrais Guild runs a low cost clinic in the Manhattan that provides an opportunity to experience gentle hands-on lessons.
Receive a gentle lesson to improve your flexibility, coordination & balance. Lessons can also be designed to help improve your performance in sports and ease in playing instrument or to relieve a variety of issues that may be related to pain.
When: Thursday Evenings January 28, 2010 for the Winter Season through March 25, 2010.
Times: 6:00, or 7:00 pm
Cost: Sign up for a $25 private 50-minute session
Where: The new address is Feldenkrais® Associates, 22 East 17th St. (41 Union Square West), Suite 1009. Enter on 17 Street after 6PM. The location is Union Square so there are a lot of subway lines available - L, N, Q, R, W, 4, 5 and 6 to Union Square, 1 to 18th St. and 7th Ave., 2 and 3 to 14th St. and 7th Ave. , F and V to 14th St. and 6th Ave., A, E and C to 14th St. and 8th Ave. (transfer to the L).

About the Practitioners: All lessons are given by Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioners who maintain their own private practices. A highly accomplished senior practitioner is also present to enhance the learning process.
